How we handle your information

Who we are

SPDC KSA — Strategic Partnership Deployment Center — is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of personal data submitted through this website. You can reach us using the enquiry form on this site.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form:

Your name
Your institution or organisation
Your email address
The cooperation track you select
The message you write describing what you want to achieve

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Why we collect it

To read and respond to your enquiry, and to hold a record of the correspondence so we can continue the conversation. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by our website host and delivered to our correspondence inbox. Some of these providers operate servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to an appropriate standard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to be informed about how it is used, to access it, to request that inaccurate data be corrected, and in defined circumstances to request its destruction.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the enquiry form, stating clearly which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the period required by law.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this notice and change the date above.
