SPDC KSA  /  Riyadh Declaration

The mandate

The Riyadh Declaration, and the four tracks we work inside.

Issued on 10 November 2023 at the close of the first Saudi–African Summit, the Declaration set a decade-long framework for cooperation and created four working groups mandated to begin work within six months. It is the document that makes our work legible to both sides.
